Joshlyn Earls is a successful entrepreneur and innovative business women.  Her accomplishments began as a Macy’s Run Way Model and fashion designer where she graduated from John Robert Powers Modeling School.  She received her real estate license from the Anthony’s Real Estate School.  With thirty nine years of real estate experience, thirteen of those years were served as the first black women to ever sell high end – new development homes in Orange County.   Mrs. Earls received many awards, to date, her most significant accomplishment was- selling 42 detached and 33 attached condominiums on leased land within a six month period making the developer $12,578,614 in net revenue.

Although successful in real estate, Joshlyn’s heart remained in the fashion and beauty industry.  In the mid 1980’s Joshlyn manufactured the first low-odor acrylic product for the nail industry.  During this period she received her instructor licensed under the California Post -secondary and vocational education in order to go into the beauty schools to educate on the dangers of acrylic nails and pregnancy.

In 1999 Joshlyn became CEO of JosDen Beauty Distributors, one of the largest ethnic full-service distributors in California.   Yet again, she broke the color barrier by becoming the first African American women to hold the master contracts with three major hair manufacturers in the United States.

From 2000 to 2008 Joshlyn, created and produced one of the largest beauty trade shows called “ JosDen International Beauty Expo,” in Northern California.
